About The Position

Martha Franks Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to provide dining services that support residents’ health and well-being. The role assists with meal preparation and service, maintains a clean and organized dining environment, and provides customer service to residents and their families. The Dietary Aide works collaboratively with the culinary team to support meal quality and presentation and maintains accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
