About The Position

The Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Technician maintains a clean and safe hospital environment by cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and assigned facility areas, following infection prevention standards, PPE guidelines, and healthcare safety protocols. The role also supports daily operations through floor care, window and wall cleaning, waste removal, linen transport, and other housekeeping duties. The technician helps keep supply areas organized, participates in team huddles, training, and continuous improvement efforts, and provides compassionate, respectful service to patients, families, and coworkers. The listed schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
