About The Position
Under the direction of the dietitian, the Diet Clerk performs clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring patient trays are accurate and at appropriate temperatures.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Food Science or Nutrition preferred.
- One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
Responsibilities
