About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, skilled Diesel Mechanic to join its Fleet Maintenance team at the Westampton, New Jersey shop. The role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company’s fleet of heavy-duty trucks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 7:00 a.m. start time. Pay is $30–$45 per hour, based on experience and skillset, with weekly direct deposit and overtime after 40 hours. A. Duie Pyle is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1924. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience repairing or maintaining Class 8 trucks.
A complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
Vocational or technical training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicle work; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and develop abilities.
Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, and related systems.
Diagnose and perform necessary repairs to engines, electrical systems, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
Inspect and replace general components as required.
