About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician for a travel position. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Requirements
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate patient care approach.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care by performing dialysis procedures for approximately eight patients each day.
- Collaborate with the charge nurse and two additional registered nurses (RNs) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of dialysis equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
