About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in caring for patients living with kidney disease. You will provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment; complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments; monitor patients during treatment; review patient medication profiles monthly; and administer medications according to physician orders. You will contribute to interdisciplinary patient assessment and care planning activities and help ensure center staffing requirements are met under the direction of the Administrator and in accordance with state staffing-ratio regulations. You will follow company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

Requirements

Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of current nursing experience.
Previous dialysis nursing experience.

Responsibilities
