About The Position

The Dialysis Program Manager directs, organizes, and advances the hospital’s hemodialysis program. The role oversees safe and effective hemodialysis in accordance with applicable guidelines, implements policies and procedures for safe, effective care, and supervises dialysis staff to support high-quality patient care. The manager represents the program in hospital management, meetings, and community settings, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CRRN certification.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
