About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct, organize, and advance the hospital’s hemodialysis program. The manager oversees safe and effective hemodialysis in accordance with applicable guidelines and implements policies and procedures that support safe, effective care. The role supervises dialysis staff and represents the program in hospital management, meetings, and community settings. The manager also collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Obtain ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CRRN certification.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
