About The Position

The Dialysis Program Manager directs, organizes, and advances the hospital’s hemodialysis program, implementing policies and procedures to support safe and effective care. The role supervises dialysis staff, oversees program performance in accordance with applicable guidelines, and represents the program in hospital management, meetings, and community settings. The manager collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

The position calls for a compassionate, organized leader who can work independently, make informed decisions, and contribute to high-quality patient care. Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening or night shifts may be needed.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening or night shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• CRRN certification (preferred).
