About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct, organize, and advance a hospital hemodialysis program. The manager oversees safe and effective hemodialysis in accordance with applicable guidelines, implements policies and procedures, and supervises dialysis staff to support high-quality patient care. The position represents the program in hospital management, meetings, and community settings and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promptly communicate patient concerns and changes. Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening or night shifts may be needed.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• One year of dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
