The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Instructor provides quality instruction that meets program and course objectives. The instructor maintains an organized, disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and communicates the requirements of relevant workplace settings to students. Adjunct faculty hours depend on scheduled courses in each module; instructors are scheduled as needed, with no guarantee of hours, and scheduled hours are generally under 25 per week. Applicants must submit a complete online application, a resume or curriculum vitae, and complete transcripts of all college and university studies, including the degree earned and its confer date. Copies of transcripts are accepted. Foreign transcripts require a course-by-course analysis and an equivalency statement from a certified transcript evaluation service verifying equivalence to a degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
