About The Position
Sutter Health is seeking experienced Diagnostic Imaging leaders, including Supervisors, Managers, and Directors, for current or future leadership opportunities across Northern California. This posting serves as an opportunity to be considered for a range of leadership roles within our expanding network, as we grow our imaging services across hospitals and outpatient sites. We are looking for passionate leaders dedicated to advancing patient care, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. Opportunities may span various modalities and leadership structures within acute care hospitals, ambulatory centers, and specialty programs.
Requirements
- Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)
- Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)
- Strength in operations, team development, and change management
- A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Driving patient access and experience
- Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders
- Leading operational performance and growth initiatives
- Developing and mentoring teams in both union and non-union environments
