About The Position
Sutter Health is seeking experienced Diagnostic Imaging leaders, including Supervisors, Managers, and Directors, for current or future leadership opportunities across Northern California. Requirements
- Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)
- Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)
- Strength in operations, team development, and change management
- A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Driving patient access and experience
- Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders
- Leading operational performance and growth initiatives
- Developing and mentoring teams in both union and non-union environments
