About The Position
Temco Logistics is seeking dependable, reliable full-time DFS Drivers to deliver large and bulky items for a Delivery Service Partner of a major home improvement retailer. Drivers operate a 26-foot box truck; a CDL is not required, and paid training is provided. The role involves local store pickups and deliveries, working independently, and performing physical work in all weather conditions. Drivers work approximately 8–10 hours per day and complete 15–20 deliveries per day.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past seven years.
- Ability to operate a 26-foot box truck.
- At least two years of recent, verifiable box truck driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Team-oriented approach and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physical exams.

Responsibilities
- Drive to local home improvement stores to load trucks, then deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions.
- Complete approximately 15–20 deliveries per day.
- Use a company-provided handheld device to manage and confirm deliveries.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and local store associates.
