DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Terraform DevOps Engineer to join our team at Sysdig. This role will involve overseeing the development and management of our demo landscape, showcasing our capabilities in Cloud, Kubernetes, and Container security to our customers. As the Terraform DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving any issues with the demo landscape and collaborating with various teams to ensure that customer needs are accurately reflected. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to Solution Engineers and serve as a technical authority on the Sysdig Platform. Strong experience with Terraform, DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and project management is required for this role.

• Oversee the development and management of the Sysdig demo landscape across the product portfolio.
• Act as the first line of support to manage, maintain, and resolve any issues with the demo landscape.
• Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and ensure the demo environment reflects those needs accurately.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of Solution Engineers on technical aspects and customer presentation techniques.
• Work closely with the Product Management and Development teams to effectively showcase new features and capabilities in the demo environment.
• Serve as a technical authority on the Sysdig Platform, both in existing offerings and the product roadmap.
• Have strong hands-on experience with Terraform and other DevOps tools, as well as cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure Containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Manage demonstration environments or similar projects, preferably in a high-growth tech organization.
• Possess scripting skills, including Python.
• Demonstrate project management skills, including planning, task tracking, documentation, and reporting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and other DevOps tools
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure Containerization, and Kubernetes
• Proven experience managing demonstration environments or similar projects, preferably in a high-growth tech organization
• Scripting skills including Python
• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, task tracking, documentation, and reporting
