About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Program Manager coordinates and manages services and supports for the individuals served, promotes quality services and community engagement, uses behavioral health interventions, and helps develop and implement behavior support strategies. The role also supervises and trains Direct Support Professionals, monitors staffing coverage, and maintains communication and customer service with individuals, families, guardians, county boards, and other service-team members. The position pays $48,000 per year and requires on-call availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in the developmental disabilities field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

• Bachelor's- or master's-level degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in developing behavior support strategies, ensure their implementation, provide training, and assess their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with members of each individual's service team to maintain effective communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure they are thoroughly trained and providing appropriate services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure services and coverage are in place for all shifts.
• Provide customer service to individuals served, families and guardians, the county board, and service-team members.
