About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Program Manager coordinates and manages services and supports for individuals served, oversees service quality and community engagement, and supervises Direct Support Professionals. The role is based in Zanesville, Ohio (Muskingum County), pays $48,000 per year, is full-time, and requires on-call availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Help develop behavior support strategies, ensure they are implemented, provide training, and assess their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with members of each individual's service team to maintain effective communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure they are thoroughly trained and provide quality services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage across all shifts.
• Provide customer service to individuals served, families and guardians, the county board, and other service-team members.
