About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Program Manager oversees services and supports for individuals in Summit and Portage Counties, helping ensure quality care and community engagement. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals and requires on-call availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in the developmental disabilities field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Help develop behavior support strategies, ensure they are implemented, provide training, and assess their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with members of each individual's service team to support communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure they are trained and provide quality services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and shift coverage are in place.
• Provide customer service to individuals served, families and guardians, the county board, and members of the service team.
