The Development Manager also serves as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective workflow configuration. In addition, this role engages directly with emerging and mid-level donors through personalized outreach and stewardship, helping to strengthen relationships and support long-term growth of ARC’s donor base. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structure and process while contributing to relationship-driven fundraising efforts.
