About The Position

This role involves performing validation and performance testing of hydraulic systems and components. The engineer will develop and execute test plans, procedures, and setups, collect and analyze test data, and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and system-level issues. A key part of the role is conducting root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and preparing technical reports. The position also supports product development, design verification, and continuous improvement initiatives, requiring collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or related Engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in hydraulic systems, validation, testing, or product development.
• Experience with hydraulic components, test equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Hydraulic systems and fluid power fundamentals
• Hydraulic component and system validation testing
• Test equipment setup, instrumentation, and data acquisition
• Data analysis and performance evaluation
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Mechanical systems knowledge
• Technical documentation and report writing
• Product verification and validation
• Microsoft Office and engineering software proficiency

• Experience working in laboratory, R&D, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation and performance testing of hydraulic systems and components.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and test setups.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to verify system performance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and system-level issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
