About The Position

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is hiring a flat-rate, piecework Detailer for its detail shop in Plainfield, Indiana. The role involves driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles while helping maintain the facility and providing courteous, responsive service to customers. Detailers are expected to deliver high-quality work, address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and support additional duties assigned by management based on operational needs. The work includes washing vehicle exteriors; waxing and buffing; vacuuming interiors; cleaning upholstery and surfaces; drying vehicles with air compressors and cloths; applying protective chemicals; and, when needed, using dyes, paints, and waxes on leather or fabric or removing grease from engines and engine compartments.
