About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring for a hybrid Detailer and Lot Porter role. The position helps keep the dealership running smoothly and RVs clean, organized, and ready for customers. The Detailer cleans and finishes RVs inside and out, using tools such as vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools. The Lot Porter moves RVs around the lot and into service or display areas, maintains an orderly lot, and supports service and sales teams with vehicle staging and event setup. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet most of the day.
• Pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Team-first attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving a forklift or maneuvering large vehicles is preferred.
• Experience in auto detailing, car washes, as a porter, forklift driving, or another hands-on role where quality and reliability matter.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and finish RVs inside and out.
• Use vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools to prepare RVs for display and customers.
• Ensure RVs are showroom-ready and meet company standards.
• Safely move RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles.
• Use a forklift to move RVs into display or service areas as needed.
• Keep the lot organized, neat, and ready for customers and deliveries.
• Support service and sales teams with vehicle staging, event setup, and other tasks.
• Conduct basic inspections and flag any issues.
