About The Position
Blue Compass RV is seeking an energetic and dependable RV Sales Lot Porter to help keep dealership inventory moving and the lot clean, organized, and customer-ready. The role includes moving and organizing RVs and trailers, staging vehicles for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs, coordinating with sales and service teams, and assisting with light detailing and general upkeep. The position involves working outdoors in different weather conditions and staying active throughout the shift. Blue Compass RV offers structured training and career development, with opportunities to grow into sales, service, or operations roles.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience; training may be provided.
- Interest in starting a career in the RV industry.
Responsibilities
- Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
- Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
- Work with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place.
- Assist with light detailing and general upkeep of inventory.
- Support lot movement and inventory flow.
- Follow safety practices and company procedures.
