About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking an energetic and dependable RV Sales Lot Porter to help keep dealership inventory moving and the lot clean, organized, and ready for customers. The role involves moving and organizing RVs and trailers, staging RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs, coordinating with sales and service teams, and helping with light detailing and general upkeep. The porter is expected to follow safety procedures and support dealership lot movement and inventory flow.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place.
• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep of inventory.
• Support lot movement and inventory flow.
• Follow safety practices and company procedures.
