About The Position
The Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant works directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons around the world. The consultant helps select destinations and coordinate travel logistics, creating personalized experiences for couples and their guests. The role includes researching and recommending venues, resorts, and travel packages; arranging flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions; and coordinating with wedding planners, resort representatives, and vendors. The consultant also provides guidance on travel requirements and maintains client communication from the initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.

Responsibilities
- Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for a destination wedding or honeymoon.
- Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Provide guidance on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
- Stay up to date on trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel.
