True Adventure Travel is a travel company that specializes in creating unique travel experiences and providing personalized, high-quality customer service. The Destination Specialist designs and organizes customized travel itineraries, working with clients to understand their preferences and budgets and develop travel plans that meet their needs. This is a remote role with a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requests or requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
