About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Nevada, MO. The role involves configuring, deploying, installing, migrating, ordering, patching, replacing, supporting, and triaging site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and HP printers. The technician will also provide standard and local software support for Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, and Lotus Notes DB. A key responsibility includes configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory in a complex AD environment. The role requires interfacing with multiple support teams for client and business support, and maintaining site dashboards for computers, printers, IT work tickets, and PC/Server vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.

Nice To Haves

Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
Cisco VOIP support experience for phones
Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities
