About The Position
Our client is looking for a Desktop Technician to work in a fast-paced environment. This Desktop Technician will be supporting deployments of hardware, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software, workstation setups, and more. They will be supporting applications as well as interfacing with other teams. Networking troubleshooting is also a responsibility. Reimaging experience is a must. They will work with Windows computers, Printers, and more. They will be supporting 2 different locations, one in Lancaster & Chester.
Requirements
- 3 years of Desktop Support
- Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware
- Network troubleshooting
- Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners
- Reimaging experience is a must
