About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a detailed inventory of hardware and software at private practices, supporting computer users with hardware/software installations, and ensuring seamless networking components for personal computer needs. This position involves imaging workstations, validating application functionality, and providing excellent cable management. You will also assist or lead site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts and upgrades to Windows 11.

Requirements

  • Excellent listening, questioning, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under stressful conditions.
  • Organizational skills to manage time and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of applications running in a Citrix environment and VDI.
  • 2-4 years of overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a detailed inventory of hardware and software used at private practices.

  • Deploy workstation setups and ensure excellent cable management.
  • Assist or lead site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts.
  • Image machines and provide Windows 11 upgrades.
