  • Securely package, label, and track hardware shipments to remote employees, ensuring "out-of-the-box" readiness and zero transit damage.
  • Support offsite employees via remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Quick Assist) to resolve software conflicts, VPN connectivity, and M365 application crashes.
  • Provide walk-up or desk-side assistance for local office staff, resolving hardware failures, docking station connectivity, and conference room A/V issues.
  • Troubleshoot local LAN/Wi-Fi issues onsite and guide remote users through home-network optimization for stable cloud-app performance.
  • Maintain a meticulous log of all hardware assets, tracking "in-flight" shipments, onsite spares, and retired equipment in the ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira).
