About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our healthcare IT team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems across clinical and administrative environments. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues, with a strong focus on customer service and timely resolution through the Avanti Ticketing System.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support healthcare applications and systems, including EMR/EHR platforms.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities in Avanti.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and equipment provisioning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and data security protocols.
