We seek an enthusiastic and passionate professional for an Endpoint Support Analyst with experience supporting Microsoft 365, Cisco networks, and PC hardware. The successful candidate will join a high-performance, cross-functional team, supporting S&C’s 3,000+ client computer systems, printers, and mobile devices across 19 offices in 6 countries. The best person for this role will be approachable and accessible, with a genuine desire to help end-users get the most out of their technology. Operating with professionalism, urgency, empathy, and patience, the successful candidate is a people-focused professional with excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Support, IT Support, Systems Administration, or Network Support roles within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting practices.
  • Knowledge of VMware vSphere technologies and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune MDM/MDA.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting Windows/Linux/MacOS and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and skilled at empowering a highly collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in current Microsoft client technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain PC hardware remotely and for production support.
  • Develop automated processes via PowerShell scripts to improve team functions and client requests.
  • Propose projects and initiatives to improve customer support and central management of IT systems, including but not limited to OS configurations, scan guns, printers, and Microsoft tools.
  • Provide entry-level team members with coaching in problem-solving and technical standards.
  • Drive team efforts to improve customer service for our clients through new technologies.
  • Install or assist in installing and maintaining technical equipment and software.
  • Respond to and prioritize requests for technical support or assistance.
  • Identify and analyze support issues, determining cause, resolution, and potential trends.
  • Prepare/maintain procedural, educational, or related documentation/communications.
  • All full-time team members must be available on call 24/7 and may need to travel as required for business purposes.
