About The Position

We are a collaborative global network of 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries, partnering with some of the world’s most recognized brands to solve complex business challenges through design, strategy, and craft. We are looking for a designer at the intersection of brand and digital commerce. If you’ve got a love for design in all its forms, from brand to packaging to digital—you might be a great fit. We’re looking for a well rounded designer with an eye for detail, who can craft creative solutions for e-commerce and beyond.

Requirements

  • Highly collaborative and accountable
  • A strategic problem solver with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Has an excitement for their discipline that is contagious
  • Thrive in the demands of pressing deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Solid communicator who can convey rationale behind design solutions
  • Understands consumer purchase behavior and can think in design systems and overarching brand position
  • ‘Roll-up-your-sleeves and do’ mindset
  • 4+ years experience in the industry; some agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or other related field
  • Good understanding of Mac OS, Adobe CS (Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); collaborative tools (XD, Miro)
  • Well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of brand building

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally experience in food/drink categories
  • Experience with a range of categories including CPG, food/ beverage/wine/spirits, and technology preferred
  • Knowledge of simple animation/motion techniques a plus
  • experience in front-end development for eComm a plus
  • and Keynote a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class content (brand and product visuals and communication), on eComm product pages or online storefronts (DTC or retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.)
  • You have great design chops – working independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Support the development of design solutions, with a focus on digital content channels and eComm
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews
  • Play an active role in supporting both your immediate colleagues and those across the agency
  • Uphold creative integrity and ingenuity by keeping up to date with the latest best practices in eComm, including ADA compliance
  • Take personal responsibility and guardianship for your projects – ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality work
  • Present your work with the confidence that comes from knowing that you have done all that you can
  • Be an active participant in agency life and get involved with internal initiatives
