About The Position
Synthesia is seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid-weight Designer to join their Customer Services Content Creation Team. This role is crucial for supporting and growing enterprise customers in the French market and wider EMEA. The designer will be responsible for crafting corporate templates and unlocking bespoke visual storytelling, contributing to the creation of new products that empower large companies to create video content entirely in their browser. The position requires a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality solutions, working within a team that is central to the business's mission of empowering everyone to make video content without traditional equipment.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (native or bilingual proficiency required)
- Proven 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
- Creative mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
- Passion for motion graphics, branding, and typography.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Support a quiet ego mentality and being at ease with team members updating your work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in presentation design is a plus.
