About The Position

Art of Drawers Phoenix is seeking entrepreneurial, results-driven Design & Sales Consultants to sell custom hardwood pull-out drawers, storage solutions, and cabinet refacing. Consultants are expected to generate their own sales opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building, and to build their own customer base. The role includes conducting in-home consultations, recommending customized cabinetry solutions, presenting designs, preparing estimates, and closing sales. Company-generated appointments may be offered based on demonstrated performance and business needs, but self-generated lead development is the primary responsibility.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation and no salary, hourly pay, guaranteed company leads, or commission cap. Higher commission rates apply to self-generated sales. Consultants set their own hours and manage their appointments. Product training, design resources, and support from an established franchise brand are provided. The role represents premium custom cabinetry solutions backed by warranties. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated and able to generate business independently.
• Have confident communication skills and enjoy connecting with people.
• Be comfortable networking, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Be organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is preferred; training is available for the right person.
• Experience in home improvement, design, real estate, or relationship-based sales is a plus.
