About The Position

Tindall Corporation is seeking a recent graduate engineer to join its Product and Systems Development team, which develops and implements structural precast concrete systems and solutions. The engineer will support novel commercial and industrial building projects through prototyping, testing, structural component design, and the development of fabrication and construction processes. The role also includes preparing drawings and engineering packages, using CAD and CAM software, writing test reports, and compiling field notes. The position includes designing test setups and structural components and connections; developing written procedures and 2D and 3D models; constructing and testing prototypes made from materials such as concrete and wood; and reporting test results. As needed, the engineer may perform quality-control checks in a plant or field, support testing facilities, and travel to construction sites to provide project support, report erection progress, and facilitate communication between Tindall and clients. The role may also involve using surveying equipment for site and mockup layout and CAM software to fabricate components. Employees must follow safety and quality processes.
