About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and use the company’s sales method to secure agreements for its remodeling products and services. The role guides customers through a personalized, one-call-close sales process. Leads are warm and pre-set; cold-calling and lead generation are not required. Appointments are approximately two hours each. The position follows a rotating monthly schedule and includes weekly team meetings and training workshops.

Requirements

Ability to quickly connect with people in an environment.
Competitive nature and drive to succeed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous sales experience; the posting also notes success among recent graduates and candidates from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
Valid smartphone or smart device for logging into required company systems using two-factor authentication.
