Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Activate and maintain points of sale according to the strategic pillars established by the organization.
  • Administer the annual budget allocated for customer activation and development through the implementation of coolers, racks, loyalty programs, and other commercial tools.
  • Promote the development and commercialization of all portfolio categories to satisfy different consumption occasions.
  • Administer and supervise the compliance of differentiated promotions at points of sale.
  • Negotiate, activate, and train customers in the use of technological tools that contribute to their business growth.
  • Advise clients on the administration and development of their businesses to strengthen commercial relationships and increase profitability.
  • Collect and communicate information about competitor strategic activities to support commercial decision-making.
  • Supervise and develop the team of promoters, strengthening their capabilities and guiding them towards the achievement of balanced indicators and results.
  • Identify and address areas of opportunity in the personnel under their charge through follow-up, feedback, and field accompaniment.
  • Support in negotiating compliance with suggested prices and respect for installed equipment at points of sale.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system guidelines and promote corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communicate requirements, policies, and objectives related to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee compliance with the guidelines and controls established in applicable safety plans.
  • Maintain commitment to environmental care through compliance with good environmental practices and applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to the implementation and compliance of industrial safety programs, promoting safe working conditions for personnel.
  • Execute procedures related to quality, safety, environment, and safety management systems established by the organization.
