About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider with at least one year of experience to join its growing team. The provider will deliver high-quality dermatological care to patients of all ages, including general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetics training is available for providers interested in that area. The role includes examining and diagnosing patients, explaining treatment options, prescribing medication, and monitoring and reporting on treatment progress. The provider is expected to help foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere and to follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements. The position is based in Cobleskill, New York, and requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. The compensation range is $125,000–$150,000+, with eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses. Requirements

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
Master’s degree from an accredited program.
1–2 years of professional dermatology experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatological care to patients of all ages.
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
Examine and diagnose patients and inform them about dermatological treatments.
Monitor and report on treatment progress.
Prescribe medication.
Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
