About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider with at least one year of experience to join its growing team. The provider will deliver high-quality dermatological care to patients of all ages, including general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetic training is available for providers who are interested. The role includes examining and diagnosing patients, explaining treatment options, monitoring progress, prescribing medication, and helping maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere. A working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance is required. The position is based in Northfield, New Jersey. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000+, with eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.

Requirements

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
Master’s degree from an accredited program.
1–2 years of professional dermatology experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is offered.

Responsibilities

Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatological care to patients of all ages.
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that supports quality service and patient care.
Examine and diagnose patients and inform them about dermatological treatments.
Monitor and report on treatment progress.
Prescribe medication.
Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
