About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider to join its growing team. The role provides general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages. The group offers extensive cosmetics training for providers who are interested. The provider helps deliver high-quality patient care and contributes to a professional, welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Requirements

• Be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Have a master's degree from an accredited program.
• Have 1–2 years of professional dermatology experience.
• Have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Have flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care to patients of all ages.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Examine and diagnose patients, and inform them about dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
