About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated, skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider to join its growing team. The provider will deliver high-quality dermatological care to patients of all ages, including general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetics training is available for providers who are interested. The role also involves creating a professional, welcoming atmosphere and supporting quality patient service and care.

Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatological care to patients of all ages.
• Examine and diagnose patients, and inform them about appropriate dermatological treatments.
• Monitor treatment progress and report on it.
• Prescribe medication.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
