About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider with at least one year of experience to join its growing team. The role provides general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages. Extensive cosmetics training is available for interested providers. The position supports a professional and welcoming atmosphere and requires examining and diagnosing patients, explaining treatment options, monitoring treatment progress, and prescribing medication. The provider must apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care to patients of all ages.
• Examine and diagnose patients and inform them about dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and patient care.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
