Texas - Dermatologist Opportunity to Join a Physician-Owned Practice in the Greater Houston Area | Full- or Part-Time
About The Position
A physician-owned dermatology group in the Greater Houston area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist. The role offers a choice of part-time or full-time scheduling, including a four-day workweek, and the ideal candidate will divide their schedule between two established offices approximately 35 minutes apart. The physician will work alongside experienced dermatologists, a Mohs surgeon, and dermatology-trained nurse practitioners and physician assistants in an established private-practice clinical environment. The practice sees approximately six patients per hour. Compensation includes an attractive guaranteed base salary and a collections-based incentive structure. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. The position also offers opportunities to supervise advanced practice providers for additional compensation. The practice provides employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the physician, a matching 401(k), malpractice insurance, covered licensing fees, and a CME allowance that can roll over if unused. Compensation is estimated and may vary based on days worked, experience, production, and bonuses.
