About The Position
ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Clinic Director to lead clinic operations and a team focused on exceptional patient outcomes and customer service. The director fosters a supportive, collaborative environment for patients and staff while advancing ATI’s mission in musculoskeletal care. The role oversees staff development, productivity, and patient care standards; serves as a liaison between clinic staff and district leadership; conducts patient assessments and develops outcome-focused treatment plans; and builds relationships with patients, the community, referring physicians, and other referral sources. The position is for the Greater Houston Area and is not virtual.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for licensure under the rules and regulations of the state where applying.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI’s mission and foster a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Manage clinic operations, including staff development, productivity, and patient care standards, while driving consistent, positive outcomes.
- Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team.
- Support team development by providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
- Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources, including referring physicians.
