Responsibilities also include preparing and finalizing meeting minutes, administering public records requests (GRAMA), and supporting the City's records management and retention program. The position serves as a back-up to the City Recorder and may perform delegated statutory duties as needed. Work is performed under strict legal deadlines where accuracy and timeliness are essential to City operations and compliance. Candidates must be able to attend regular Wednesday evening meetings and maintain a flexible schedule.
