About The Position
The Deposit Preparation Unit is responsible for manually preparing bank deposits for general ledger and patient accounts.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve, balance and count cash receipts from the business day.
- Prepare the deposit.
- Store the cash in a secure location until it is deposited.
- Submit deposit logs to accounting for bank reconciliation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Director of Revenue Cycle.
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills.
- Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
- Complies with Corporate Policies, Departmental Policies and Procedures and Personnel Employee Handbook.
