About The Position

Conversion is hiring a founding AI Deployment Strategist to help ensure enterprise AI deployments succeed. The role focuses on helping customers realize value during pilots and across their deployment of Conversion's agentic marketing automation platform. The position works closely with sales, customers, engineering, growth, and product teams, and is in person five days per week in San Francisco.

Requirements

• Thrive in cross-functional work alongside engineering, growth, and product.
• Have studied or worked in software engineering, while finding customer-facing work more exciting than writing code all day.
• Love helping customers and find fulfillment in helping them thrive and succeed with the products built.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to help close enterprise deals and execute proofs of concept.
• Orchestrate migrations from customers' existing marketing infrastructure to Conversion, bridging customer teams and engineers to support a smooth implementation.
• Advise marketing teams on how to use Conversion to improve their marketing efforts and explore the possibilities of AI in enterprise marketing.
• Work with engineering and product teams to shape the product using customer feedback.
