About The Position

Endex is hiring a Deployment Strategist to identify where its AI agents can have the greatest impact within customer organizations and design deployments around those opportunities. The role owns the business rollout plan, including workflow discovery, success criteria, customer coordination, and go-live readiness. The strategist keeps implementation milestones moving, partners with forward deployed engineers (FDEs) on custom integrations, and hands the ongoing customer relationship to customer success. The position is based primarily in New York City, with other listed locations in Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, and Los Angeles. It requires five days in person.

Requirements

Experience working through ambiguous customer or operational problems.
Business acumen to connect workflows to the decisions and outcomes they support.
Enough technical understanding of the product to scope a feasible deployment.
Ability to build customer trust and constructively challenge assumptions with users and executives.
Ability to turn ambiguous customer goals into scoped implementations, manage dependencies, and keep business and technical stakeholders aligned.

Consulting or forward deployment experience.
Experience deploying AI products.

Responsibilities

Work with users and sponsors to select use cases with clear business outcomes and a feasible path to production.
Prioritize use cases by balancing customer impact, feasibility, and time to value.
Agree on launch acceptance criteria, owners, user testing, and milestones needed for a dependable go-live.
Coordinate business users, IT, FDEs, and customer success through implementation, change management, and the ongoing-account handoff.
Communicate recurring customer needs that should inform Endex's product roadmap.
Own the business rollout plan, including workflow discovery, success criteria, customer coordination, and go-live readiness.
Partner with FDEs on custom integrations and keep implementation milestones moving.
