About The Position

monday.com is hiring a Deployment Strategist for its Professional Services team. The role owns strategic services engagements from initial discovery of how AI can support a customer's business through deployment and realization of customer value. The strategist scopes and prices services, supports sales alongside the Account Owner, and coordinates the consultants and engineers who deliver the work. The role remains accountable after implementation for ensuring that purchased services result in AI that is actively performing the customer's work. This position leads discovery with executives and process owners to identify departments, workflows, and use cases for intelligent, agent-driven execution on the monday AI work platform. It translates deployment strategy into priced service engagements, proposals, and statements of work; clarifies outcomes and solution scope for delivery teams; and manages schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and commercial administration. For ongoing engagements, the strategist works with customers to prioritize future use cases, tracks AI consumption and adoption against agreed plans, addresses barriers to value realization, and supports additional services as new opportunities emerge. The role also communicates progress and risks to stakeholders and contributes deployment patterns, estimates, and playbooks to improve the practice. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the New York City office, and requires willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional services experience in delivery management, engagement management, or technical program management, including significant enterprise customer-facing experience delivering strategic outcomes.
  • Experience scoping and delivering B2B SaaS software implementation, transformation, or managed services engagements in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with industry-standard work management, project management, or CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI tools and a strong understanding of how AI changes the way work gets done.
  • Commercial acumen to scope, price, and support the sale of services, including effort estimation and statement-of-work authorship.
  • Track record of leading technical and non-technical delivery teams through influence and aligning teams around a common goal.
  • Technical fluency to participate credibly in architecture discussions, understand how enterprise systems exchange data, and recognize when software must be built rather than configured.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, including the ability to establish credibility with executives, explain technical topics to non-technical audiences, and frame business outcomes for technical audiences.
  • Detail orientation and ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
